Ford Escape Windshield Washer Pump Not Working

I looked at the fuse diagram but cant seem to see one labelled for the washer pump.

See if the pump is getting power by using a test light. Turn the car on and have a helper turn the wiper on and keep it on. Can hear what sounds like the pump churning away. In my 2012 escape my front windshield washer stopped working this morning on my way to work.

The problem may lie in the pump that sends the power to the washer so you may need to check its ability to operate. If the wipers work but the pump doesn t ether the pump is bad or the connection on the pump is corroded. Back washer works fine. Loosen the inner fender well panel disconnect the pump and check for power in the connector when the washer button pi pressed.

Locate the pump by the reservoir or the wiper motor.
