Floor Vent Not Blowing Enough Air Ram 1500

My 2005 dodge ram 1500 hemi heating vent will not direct the air through the floor vent but goes to the dash instead in all modes. This just started and i have a friend with the same exact problem. I took out the broken recirc door that usually blocks air flow a few years back.
